Diana Lynn Vuolo (née Salamon) (born July 30, 1955) is the matriarch of the Vuolo family. She is the wife of Charles Vuolo, with whom she has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Their third child, son Jeremy Joseph, was born on September 5, 1987 . He is married to Jinger Duggar. Together, they have 2 children. Their first child, daughter Felicity Nicole, was born on July 19, 2018 . Their second child, daughter Evangeline Jo, was born on November 22, 2020 . The couple miscarried a child, Halleli Grace, on November 26, 2019.

Diana attended the University of Delaware, majoring in violin, but did not graduate from this school.
In 1980, Diana graduated from the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts with her Bachelor of Music Degree in Violin Performance.
Music[]
Diana was a professional violin player. She was featured as a masterclass performer at the Aspen Music Festival. She played at Carnegie Hall in the Chamber Orchestra. She was part of an international concert tour with the Concerto Soloists of Philadelphia. She performed with the Philly Pops Orchestra, St. Louis Symphony, and served as concertmaster for Musica Sacra Chamber Orchestra. She was co-concertmaster for Opera Barga in Lucca, Italy and a principal player in the Canton Symphony Orchestra.
In addition to performing, Diana has taught private violin lessons, music theory, and ensemble classes over the past 40 years.
Diana founded Avalare Strings, a classical crossover string quartet that performs throughout the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region.
Charity[]
Diana is the Founder and Executive Director of SWAN 4 Kids in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She founded the charity in 2011. The charity gives music lessons to children who have a parent in prison.
