Evelyn Alice Ruark (born December 27, 1950), is the third child and third daughter of Garrett Ruark and Ethel Ruark.
She is the sister of Pamela Peters, Freda Benderman †, Kathie Arnold †, Garrett Ruark, Jr., Carolyn Hutchins and Michelle Duggar.
She is the partner of Shannon Callahan.
