Garrett David Duggar (born June 8, 2018) is the first child and first son of Joseph Duggar and Kendra Duggar.
He is the brother of Addison Duggar, Brooklyn Duggar, and Justus Duggar.
Early life
Garrett as a baby
On December 18, 2017, Joseph and Kendra Duggar announced that they were expecting their first child, due June 2018. Their pregnancy announcement was featured on the Counting On episode "Make Room For Baby".
"During this season that we are celebrating the birth of Christ, we are so excited to share with you that we are expecting the gift of a child ourselves! Wow, it's so exciting!!! We've both always loved children and seen them as a real blessing from God. It's so surreal to think of being parents and having our own little one. We cannot wait to see this new baby!"
On February 3, 2018, Joseph and Kendra revealed on the Duggar Family website that they were expecting a boy. Their gender reveal was featured on the Counting On episode "An Explosive Reveal".
On March 23, 2018, Joseph and Kendra announced via US Magazine that their son was due June 17, 2018.
His birth was announced on June 9, 2018. Garrett David Duggar was born at 1:36 p.m. on June 8, 2018, in Arkansas. He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 20 ½ inches long. His first name is in honor of Joseph's middle name and his paternal great-grandfather, Garrett Ruark. His birth was featured on the Counting On episode "Jinger's Double Surprise".

Garrett is described as having a serious personality and being a deep thinker. He enjoys playing with his trucks and cars and playing outside.
